Refurbishment of 2 storey terrace house for sale as part of the Dingle Regeneration initiative for PLUS Housing Association.  This was a demonstration project to illustrate the possibilities and potential of refurbishment of small Victorian terrace houses. 

Pinehurst Estate, Anfield

Improvement works including structural works, replacement of central heating, electrics and kitchen and bathroom renewal for stock transfer of 580 dwellings to CDS Housing Association.
